Length of rectangular playground is 36m and wideness is 28m.
A passage of 2 m breadth is constructed therefore increase in length and widness is by 4cm (increases both upward and downward, left side and right sides.)respectively.
New length and breadth is 40m and 32m.the total perimeter is 2(40+32)
=2×72
=144
