Length of the plot of land = 75.5 m
Breadth of the plot of land = 30.5 m
Area of the plot of land = Area of the rectangle = length × breadth
= 75.5 × 30.5 m2
= 2302.75 m2
It is given that selling price of 1 square metre = Rs 550
∴ Selling price of 2302.75 square metres = Rs 2302.75 × 550 = Rs 1266512.5
