$V_A=\frac{K\overrightarrow{p}.\overrightarrow{r}}{r^3}=\frac{Kp\hat{i}.(3\hat{i}+4\hat{j})}{125}=\frac{3KP}{125}$
$V_B=\frac{K\overrightarrow{p}.\overrightarrow{r}}{r^3}=\frac{Kp\hat{i}.5\hat{i}}{125}=\frac{5KP}{125}$
$V_A:V_B=3:5$
