Point $P = (5, 0)$ ; $Q = (0, - 12)$
Distance between two points $(x_{1}, y_{1})$ and $(x_{2}, y_{2})$ can be calculated using the formula $\sqrt{{(x_{2} - x_{1})}_{2}^{2} + {(y_{2} - y_{1})}_{2}^{2}}$
Distance between the points P and Q $= \sqrt{{(0 - 5)}^{2} + {(- 12)}^{2}} = \sqrt{22 + 144} = \sqrt{169} = 13$
