The correct option is A Figure (i)
When a point positive charge is brought near an isolated conducting sphere, then there develops some negative charge on left side of the sphere and an equal positive charge on the right side of the sphere. Electric lines of force emanating from the point positive charge end normally on the left side of the sphere. And due to positive charge on the right side of the sphere, the electric lines of force emanate normally from the right side. So, the electric field is best given by figure (a).
