Hears frequency was 90% of original so if original=v
Then apparent=0.9v
Using
v=v(vv+vs); vs= speed of car
Put v=0.9v
We get
0.9=vv+vs
0.9v+0.9vs=v
or 0.9vs=0.1v
vs=v9
Put v=330m/s
vs=3309=36.7m/s.
