A polynomial of degree 6 is divided by a polynomial of degree 2 if the divisor is the factor of the dividend find the degree of the remainder

it is said that divisor is a factor of the dividend.i.e., the polynomial is perfectly divisible by the divisor and no remainder will be there. Therefore the answer is "no remainder". Meanwhile, the quotient will be of degree 4.
