Area to be cemented $=$ Total surface area $-$ Area of top

$=2(lb+lh+bh)-(30\times 10)$

$=2(30\times 10+30\times 5+10\times 5)-300$

Cost for $1m^2=10$

$\therefore costfor700m^2=700\times 10=$ Rs.$7000$
