The correct option is C


The porter is applying Force on the suitcase in the upward direction against gravity to put it on his head.

And since the suitcase is always moving slowly with no acceleration we can assume that net external force on it: so

F=mg

F=20×10

F=200 N

Now suitcase is raised up by 2m above ground

WF=F s cos θ

= 200.2.cos 0

= 400 N
