The correct option is D Into the screen.
At the point where arrow is shown , the centripetal force on positive charge is toward left , which is provided by magnetic force and velocity of positive particle is toward the top of screen (tangent to the point) , which can be considered as direction of current . Now by applying Fleming's left hand rule for given current and force directions we find direction of magnetic field into the screen.
