When we join two charged conductors such as metal spheres, then, the electrons flow from the conductor having more electrons to the conductor having fewer electrons.
Here, P is positively charged, which means it has fewer electrons and more protons. So, the electrons will flow from Q to P.
Also, the movement of electrons stops, when the number of electrons in both the conductors becomes equal or they acquire the same charges. The overall charges on P and Q will be positive as the overall charges will be the sum of charges on P and Q.
