A postman was returning to the post office which was in front of him to the North. When the post office was 100 metre away from him, he turned to the left and moved 50 metre to deliver the last letter at shantivilla. He then moved in the same direction for 40 metre, turned to his right and moved 100 metre. How many metres was he away from the post office ?

The correct option is C 90
The distance of post office when he take left turn 100m and it is north direction
When postman take left he will move towards West AB+BC=50+40=90m
After that Postman take right and move 100 m towards North.
From last point to to Post office distance will be the same as he walk towards west direction which is 90m
