The correct option is C 4:1
$\frac{E_{1}}{E_{2}} = \frac{l_{1} + l_{2}}{l_{1} - l_{2}} = \frac{50 + 30}{50 - 30} = \frac{80}{20} = \frac{4}{1} E_{1} : E_{2} = 4 : 1$
