4. Treatment and Management: Limiting the sources of iodine are eggs, meat, dairy foods, seafood, and iodized salt(salt with added iodine). Giving beta blockers, radioactive iodine, and thyroidectomy.
5. Standard treatment for hyperthyroidism includes daily use of the thionamides.
