P=800×5×π4×122
=452389N
e=300220=80mm

The bending moment required so that the tension at the soffit is just avoided will be given by

PA+PeZMZ=0

452389300×600+452389×80(300×60026)M(300×60026)=0

2.51+2.01M18×106=0

M=81.36×106Nmm

=81.36kNm
