Let quantity of both rice are 4x and 5x
$C P = 12.50 \times 4 x + 14 \times 5 x = 120 x$
$S P = 16 \times 9 x = 144 x$
$G a i n = S P - C P = 144 x - 120 x = 24 x$
Gain % = $\frac{g a i n}{C P} \times 100 = \frac{24 x}{120 x} \times 100 = 20 %$
