The correct option is B $V_{1} = V_{3}$
We know that
$x - x_{0} = \frac{2 v_{0}^{2} cos θ sin θ}{g}$
Thus for $V_{1}$ and $V_{s} cos 180 ° = 0$
$∴ x - x_{0} = 0 x = x_{0} ∴ V_{1} = V_{3}$
