Charge of proton is +e
Charge of deuteron is +e
Charge of alpha particle is +2e
Kinetic energy in an electric field having potential V, say at a point x, is directly proportional to charge.
Therefore ratio of kinetic energies are 1:1:2 i.e. ratio of their charges.
