Let the distance between A and B be r.
Distance between between B and C be 2r.

Coulomb force on proton by electron at A, FA=Kq2r2 where K=14πϵo=constant

Coulomb force on proton by electron at C, FC=Kq2(2r)2=Kq24r2
FA=4FC
Thus force experienced by proton is four times stronger from electron at A.
