$$\begin{gathered} \mathrm{Hi}, \\ \mathrm{first}\mathrm{discount}\mathrm{is}20\%\mathrm{so} \\ \mathrm{on}75,000\mathrm{the}\mathrm{discount}\mathrm{is}20\% \\ \mathrm{so}\mathrm{SP}=75000-75000\times \frac{20}{100}=60000 \\ \mathrm{now}\mathrm{again}\mathrm{a}\mathrm{discount}\mathrm{of}5\%\mathrm{is}\mathrm{offered}\mathrm{so}\mathrm{new}\mathrm{SP} \\ =60000-5\%\mathrm{of}60000=60000-\frac{5}{100}\times 60000=57,000 \\ \mathrm{So}\mathrm{new}\mathrm{selling}\mathrm{price}\mathrm{is}\mathrm{Rs}.57,000 \end{gathered}$$
