The pure dwarf plant has the genotype as tt. The treatment of this plant with gibberellic acid will cause the plant to become tall but the genotype will remain same. The dwarf plant is crossed with a pure tall plant (TT). So the progeny will have the genotype as Tt and all will be tall as the tall allele (T) is dominant to dwarf allele (t).
