Now, number of $2$ Rupee coins $=\frac{3x}{2}$
Total number of coins $=66$
$\Rightarrow x+3x+\frac{3x}{2}=66$
$\Rightarrow \frac{2x+6x+3x}{2}=66$
$\Rightarrow \frac{11x}{2}=66$
$\Rightarrow x=66\times \frac{2}{11}$
$\Rightarrow x=6\times 2$
$\therefore x=12$
So, number of $5$ Rupee coins $=12$
Thus, the value of $5$ Rupee coins $=12\times 5=Rs.60$
