The correct option is A Beta
α rays are He42 particles and β rays are e(excited) so both have mass and both are particle waves while γ rays don't have mass so these are electromagnetic waves.
The energy distribution between beta particles is not uniform. The particles with high energy with respect to low energy particles are less in amount. So we get energy spectrum or spectrum of frequency in beta rays radiation.
Hence option 'A' is correct.
