The correct option is A 0.2 ms1
Using momentum conservation,

m1u1+m2u2=V(m1+m2)

m1=2×104kg,m2=104kg,u1=0.5ms1,u2=0.4ms1,V=?

20000×0.5+10000×(0.4)=30000V

V=20000×0.510000×0.430000=0.2 ms1.
