A ray of light is incident on a plane mirror and the angle of reflection is 50 degree. Calculate the angle between the incident ray and the reflected ray.
100 degree
Since angle of incidence is equal to angle of reflection, angle of incidence is also 50 degree. The angle between incident ray and reflected ray is the sum of the angle of incidence and the angle of reflection which is (50+50) degree i.e. 100 degree.
