given ${\mu }_2=\frac{3}{2}=1.5$

${\mu }_1=1\left(air\right)$

$u=30$

$R=\frac{15}{2}$

$\frac{{\mu }_2}{v}-\frac{{\mu }_1}{u}=\frac{{\mu }_2-{\mu }_1}{R}$

$\frac{3}{2v}-\frac{1}{30}=\frac{1.5-1}{\frac{15}{2}}$

$6v=90$

$v=\frac{90}{6}=15cm$
