From Snell's law,
sin240sin180=μlμa
Thus refractive index of liquid =0.40670.30901=1.3161

We know frequency f=vλ
So equation A can be written as
1.316=3×1085.4×1015×λLλL=3×1085.4×1015×1.316=422.53×1010
