Frequency will not as the light changes medium .

So frequency $\nu ={\nu }_1={\nu }_2$

We know that refractive index $n=\frac{speedoflightinvacuum}{speedoflightinmedium}$

So $1.5=\frac{c}{v}$

$v=\frac{c}{1.5}$

New wavelength

$\lambda =\frac{v}{\nu }=\frac{c}{1.5\nu }$
