The correct option is A 378.57
Factored SF, $V_{u} = 100 \times 1.5 = 150 k N$

Factored TM, $T_{u} = 40 \times 1.5 = 60 k N m$

Equivalent shear force = $V_{u} + 1.6 \frac{T_{u}}{b}$

$= 150 + 1.6 \times \frac{60}{0.42} = 378.57 k N$
