Each reactant/product has 2 moles. Thus mole fraction of each reactant/ product is
22+2+2=13
Total pressure is 3 atm.
The partial pressure of each reactant/product is
13×3=1 atm.
Kp=PPCl3PCl2PPCl5
Kp=1×11
