Convert each mixed fractions into the improper fractions as follows

2522=22×2+522=44+522=4922

1433=33×1+433=3733

Amount of more black pepper needed than the red papper
=49223733

As these are unlike fractions, convert them into the like fraction.
LCM of denominators of 22 and 33 = 66

Rewrite the denominators in each fraction as 66 (LCM of 22 and 33) as follows

4922=49×322×3=14766

3733=37×233×2=7466

49223733

=147667466

=1477466

=7366

As 7366 is an improper fraction, convert it into the mixed number as follows

7366=66+766
