Area of the square $=323m^2$.

If the side of the square is $a$, the area = $a^2$.

$\Rightarrow$ $a^2=323m^2$.

Since 323 is very close to ${18}^2$ (i.e 324).

Hence, $a$ $\approx$ 18 m.
