Circumference of base of cylinder = 44 cm
$\Rightarrow 2\pi r=44$
$\Rightarrow 2\times \frac{22}{7}\times r=44$
$\Rightarrow r=\frac{44\times 7}{44}$
$\therefore r=7cm$
Volume of the cylinder formed $=\pi r^{2}h=\frac{22}{7}\times 7\times 7\times 18$
