$\therefore$ Area of rectangle $=19\times 17m^2=323m^2$.
Since, the area of square = area of the rectangle, [Given]
$\therefore$ Area of the square $=323m^2$
If the side of a square is x, then the area is $x^2$
$x^2=323m^2$
Applying long division method for finding the square root of 323, we get
