$\frac{P}{A}(1-\frac{6e}{b})=0$

${\sigma }_{max}=\frac{P}{A}(1+\frac{6e}{b})=\frac{200\times {10}^3}{(300\times 200)}(1+\frac{6\times 50}{300})$
