The correct option is A. 2x2+x3=0

Let the breadth of the field be x.

Given, length =(2×breadth+1) and area of the field is 3 sq. units

Length of the field =2x+1

Area of rectangle = length ×breadth

Area of the rectangular field =x(2x+1)

x(2x+1)=3

2x2+x=3

2x2+x3=0

Hence, required equation is 2x2+x3=0
