We know that 1 hectare=10000 sq metes

Then area 37500 sq m

Then Area $5x\times 3x=37500$

$\Rightarrow 15x^2=37500$

$\Rightarrow x^2=2500$

$\Rightarrow x=50$

Then length =$5\times 50=250$ m and breadth =$3\times 50=150$ m

Than perimeter of rectangle field =2(L+B)=2(250+150)=800 m

Then cost of fending =$800\times 5=4000$ Rs
