Rs. $4000$

Let length, $=5x$ and breadth $=3x$

Area of field $=3.75$ hectares $=37500$ $m^2$

$\Rightarrow 5x\times 3x=37500\Rightarrow x^2=2500\Rightarrow x=\sqrt{2500}=50m$

Perimeter of field $=$ $2(5x+3x)=2(5\times 50+3\times 50)=800m$

Cost of fencing $=$ $Rs.(800\times 5)=Rs.4000$
