Area of the plot $=160\times 45m=7200m^2$

Width of the path $=2.5m$

Inner length of the plot $=160-(2\times 2.5)=155m$

Inner breadth of the plot $=45-(2\times 2.5)=40m$

Area of the plot excluding the path $=155\times 40=6200m^2$

Area of the path $=7200m^2-6200m^2=1000m^2$

$\therefore$ Cost of gravelling the path$=1000\times \frac{75}{100}=Rs.750$
