Syrup:Water = 1:3

Amount of syrup used $=\frac{1}{3}\times 6.75=2.25l$

Volume of beverage $=6.75+2.25=9l$

Volume of the dispenser = $(l\times b)\times h=a\times h=450\times 25=11250c{m}^3$

$=11.25l$

Percentage of dispencer filled = $\frac{9}{11.25}\times 100$

= 80%
