The rectangular lamina at horizontal surface having origin as a center is shown in the figure.

Given, sides of lamina is a=6 m and b=3 m.
Mass of lamina is M=20 kg.
MOI of rectangular lamina about the xaxis is given by Ix.
Ix=Mb212=(20)(3)212=15 kg m2
Similarly, MOI of rectangular lamina about the y axis is given by Iy.
Iy=Ma212=(20)(6)212=60 kg m2
From the perpendicular axis theorem, the moment of inertia of the lamina about the axis passing through the center and perpendicular to its plane is Iz, which is given by
Iz=Ix+Iy
Iz=15+60=75 kg m2
