The correct option is A 2.25×103 N
Emf induced in the loop is,

E=Bvl=0.5×102×3×102

E=1.5×104 V

Current flowing in the loop is

i=ER=1.5×1041×103

i=0.15 A

Now, force acting on the loop due to magnetic field,

F=Bil=0.5×0.15×3×102=2.25×103 N

Therefore, external force required to move the wire with constant velocity is 2.25×103 N.

Hence, option (A) will be the correct answer.
