Given : A rectangular paper of width 14 cm is rolled along its width to form a cylinder . So

Height of cylinder = h = 14 cm = width of the rectangular paper

And
Radius of cylinder ( Given ) = r = 20 cm

And
we know Volume of cylinder = $\mathrm{\pi }{\mathrm{r}}^2\mathrm{h}$ , So

Volume of our given cylinder = $\frac{22}{7}\times 20\times 20\times 14=22\times 20\times 20\times 2=\mathbf{17600}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathit{c}{\mathit{m}}^{\mathbf{3}}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{}\mathbf{(}\mathbf{}\mathit{A}\mathit{n}\mathit{s}\mathbf{}\mathbf{)}$
