Solution

Step 1: Find perimeter of rectangular park:

Given, length of a rectangular park =95m

Breadth of the rectangular park =33m

To find How much distance does Sachin cover in completing 8 rounds of the park.

Perimeter of the rectangular park =2(Length+Breadth)

Perimeter of the rectangular park =2(95+33)

=2×(128)=256m

Step 2: Find total distance covered by Sachin:

We know that, Perimeter of the rectangular park = Distance covered by Sachin in completing 1 round of the rectangular park.

the distance covered by Sachin in completing 1 round of the rectangular park =256m.

distance covered by Sachin in completing 8 rounds of the park =8×(perimeterofractangularpark)=8×256m=2,048m

Hence, the distance covered by Sachin in completing 8 round of the rectangular park =2,048m
