The correct option is C 37,500 square feet
Area of the park = Length × Width
= 400×300
= 120,000 square feet

Length of the outer rectangle including the path = 400 + 25 + 25
= 450 square feet

Width of the outer rectangle including the path = 300 + 25 + 25
= 350 square feet

Area of the outer rectangle including the path = 450×350
= 157,500 square feet

Area of the path = Area of the outer rectangle including the path - Area of the park
= 157,500 - 120,000
= 37,500 square feet
