here, circumference of the cylinder will be 11cm

then the radius would be because

2 * pie * r =11

pie * r =11/2

r = 11/2 / 22/7 =11/2 *7/22 pie=22/7

=77/44 =7/4 cm

now lets find the volume

pie * r² * h

22/7 * 7/4 *7/4 *4

=77/2

=38.5 cm³
