If a paper is rolled along its length to form a cylinder then,

height of the cylinder (h) = breadth of paper = 12 cm.

Circumference of the base of the cylinder = length of paper
= 22 cm = 2πr,
where r is the radius of the cylinder.

Volume of the cylinder =πr2h=227×72×72×12 cm3=462 cm3
