The correct option is B 542.13cm2
Let height, h of the cylinder be 32 cm
Circumference of the base =2πr
2πr=16
2×227×r=16
44×r=16×7
r=2.5
Therefore, surface area of the cylinder = 2πrh+2πr2
=2×227×2.5×32+2×227×2.52

=502.85+39.28
=542.13cm2
