Length of the grass to be laid leaving 5m around $l^{\prime }=85-2\times 5=75m$

Width of grass to be laid leaving 5m aroung $b^{\prime }=60-2\times 5=50$

$Area=l^{\prime }\times b^{\prime }=3750sq.m$
