Let length be $l$

The cost of of fencing $18$ per metre

The total cost $4680$

Perimeter of Rectangular plot$\frac{4680}{18}=260$

The perimeter is given by $2(l+b)=2602(l+50)=260l+50=130l=80$

The length of rectangular plot is $80m$

The area of plot is given by $lb=\left(80\right)\left(50\right)4000m^2$

Cost of leveling for $1m^2$ is $7.6m^2$

Cot of lrvrling for $4000m^2=4000\times 7.6=30400Rs.$

The cost of leveling is $30400Rs.$
